Bosch Oven Repair
Dan, the tech, did a great job, couldn't ask for better. The schedulers, though, didn't bother to check if the repair parts had been received by me, and failed to schedule the time. Instead, I had to wait another week, since I was to be out-of-town the next week. I can only hope they treat other cases better than mine.

If he would've given us a chance to sweep when he had the washing machine out or swept himself and did a little better clean up, I would've given him a five.

Doug is a friendly tech. On his previous call, he determined the refrigerator needed a new circuit board, which he ordered. On 9/30, he returned & installed the new board. He was comfortable this new board will cure the ice maker and freezer problem. Unfortunately, this did not fix the ice maker.. Another service call is scheduled for 9/6.

The technician did a great k job UNTIL he tried & tried hooking up water line. Said he thought he got it. Didn't as water came running out from under dishwasher. He said call & reschedule for tech to come out & fix it. Got a call yesterday afternoon saying a tech would be coming today between 8 & 5. So far have heard nothing What's the deal. Where are they?Have been without dishwasher going on 3 weeks! HELP !!!

I don't think that was his name. It was supposed to be Darin. Anyway, he wasn't able to figure out what was wrong with my dishwasher. He was on his phone most of the time looking up reasons for failure. It is an old Bosch- he gave us an estimated cost of possible parts that could be the cause, plus labor. Over $1000. Might as well get a new one. He was very nice. I'm sure he did his best. He never turned on the dishwasher.

IT TOOK ALMOST TWO MNTHS TO REPAIR OUR DISHWASHER. IT WAS NOT THE TECHNICIAN'S FAULT BUT A SYSTEMS FAILURE. THE PART WAS ORDERED AND RECIVED WITHIN A WEEK. BUT YOUR SYSTEM KEPT SHOWING IT WAS PENDING. AFTER SPEAKING WITH MANY PEOPLE, WE WERE ABLE TO GET THAT ISSUE CLEARED AND IT IS NOW RUNNING. HOWEVER, AFTER THE TECH LEFT, WE FOUND THAT THE DISHWASHER WAS NOT RE-LEVELED AND THE DOOR KEEPS CATCHING ON THE KICK PANNEL ON THE BOTTOM. WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE TECH COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB

The service from the administrative side sucked. Took several days to be assigned a service company. Then the length of time it took to be available was too long. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Very friendly.
