Bosch dishwasher
Robert M was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining how the Bosch dishwasher works. I was very happy that he would go into detail so I could have an understanding of how it works.

The technician fixed our problem which was ultimately all we needed but wasn't very pleasant to deal with. He seemed upset with the other technician that had ordered a replacement part for the dishwasher that he ended up not needing. He seemed to blame me for the other technicians issues.

Colin replaced the door spring assembly on my dishwasher. It seems to have gone well. I was on a conference call much of the time. It seems like he could have had the parts when he arrived but I don't know what he was told prior to showing up.

This repairman was fine for the work, however I've been without my dishwasher since Dec 2023. This makes four trips and still doesn't WORK. Hopefully they can replace it with a new BOSCH Dishwasher.
