Sediq did a fine job diagnosing the issue and then eventually fixing it. However, the first time we had scheduled for it to be fixed the entire 4 hours window came and went with a no show. Then today we had a window from 12-4 and he called at 10am to say he was on his way. This is no way to run a business, certainly not with online and AI scheduling.

Ron was hear on time and helpful but his data base could not find parts for my Bosch dish washer . I contacted Dons Appliance where I purchased the dish washer and they can get parts but he could not go thru them because Sears won't let him .So I have to try and contact the New Leaf Warranty company and see if I'm ever gonna get my dishwasher fixed . New Leaf has scheduled a repair 4 other timer since July and this is the first time they did not cancel .

Luis called early in the morning and let us know he might be able to come early. He was there when he said he would be. Even though he was unable to fix our wall oven due to discontinuation of necessary parts, he did advise the part numbers needed and gave advice about how we might go about looking for them on our own. He did wiggle the oven out so I could take an accurate measurement of the cutout.
