Work on Bosch dish washer.
He is a very nice, competent, and a good worker. The only problem is with a language barrier. He tries really hard hard to explain what's going on but I don't hear very well and I didn't want to make him repeat himself. I would have him work for me again because he is good at his job.

I have a huge frustration with the Sears automated system. After the needed parts were ordered by Aaron on his first visit he scheduled a follow up appointment for me for Feb 24. I received a confirmation text as well. The morning of the 24th came and went with no contact from Sears. I went to the website on the confirmation text and the phone number took me to a recorded call tree that said, "it looks like your appointment needs to be rescheduled." No reason. No warning. No way to contact a live person. Fortunately there was an appointment available for the 25th so I rescheduled for then. Aaron showed up and worked hard on my older model dishwasher and finally got the new part installed and everything up and running. Thanks Aaron.

Service man 45 minutes late of the appointment window. He did call when he was on his way. Was unable to repair the dishwasher because he could no get the parts he needed.

Michael called in advance to inform that he would be at our location about 10:30 AM. He arrived on time, was prepared and his appearance was very neat. He quickly understood the problem with the dishwasher and got to work. On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best, he exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him. Clarice Wiggins
