Michael called ahead to confirm his arrival time, which saved me lots of waiting time. He quickly located the problem with our older Bosch washer, but said that the replacement part was no longer being made. He did give me the part number though. After he left, I found the part online at Sears Parts Direct! I'm happy for his diagnosis, but puzzled by Sears' internal communication channels.

At the end of a six month series of failed repair attempts for the same problem, our technician, Mustafa not Sediq, identified that the Dishwasher is unrepairable and that Sears Home Services will be contacting me for the next step to replace the dishwasher. Mustafa was very expert and professional and did everything possible to fix the dishwasher.

Joseph showed up close to the end of the time frame indicated. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair. It appears that either a clog in the hose or a new pump may be required. He flushed the system and everything appeared to be working properly. Two days later when I washed the dishes everything worked, until it cane time for the dishwasher to drain the water at the end of the cycle. Error code E 24 appeared, which represents a clogged hose. $200 later and I am still in the same place as I was prior to his attempted repair. I will be requesting a no charge follow-up to try and resolve my repair issue.
