Our tech seemed knowledgeable in refrigeration. Justin informed us of the problem…then came out and finished the repair. There was a hiccup on scheduling btw Justin and another guy. Had to work with the scheduler to make "things right"! On a side note, We have a Bosch refrig. Frustrated that expensive frig. Are made with plastic parts.

Service repairman provided excellent service and was able to address the issue. However, he didn't arrive until 1:00pm and my service window was from 8:00am until 12:00 noon

Needed new pump, installed. Switched from hardwire to outlet plug, our electrician did this. But then dishwasher wouldn't run, control board problem. Dishwasher now useless, $700 repair for absolutely nothing. Why was this not diagnosed fully before any costly repairs done?

He arrived mid morning and made the repairs to replace the intake valve and the door latch that was causing the leak. He was polite and friendly and completed the job quickly. I am currently running a cycle to insure there are no further leaks.

Roosevelt called at 3 for an 8a to 12p window and the chatbot provided no updates after 11 am so I was surprised to see the tech. Roosevelt didn't see a repair need and I was glad because there wasn't a human even to help apply my coupon code so I had to forego the 10% discount. I will not use this service again without a human in the loop to troubleshoot. It was a $130 lesson on where not to spend money.
