Received text that Roman was on the way and he arrived, as he stated, in about 20 mins. He was very cordial and immediately began to investigate and determine the problem. Knew exactly what problem was, solved it quickly and efficiently.........everything works. A really nice guy, diagnoses problem, solves quickly
