Manuel called prior to his visit to share the time he would arrive and he arrived on time. He discovered an additional issue with our original appliance problem & was able to fix it so the entire job could be successful which it was. He thoroughly explained everything including maintenance in general to help prolong the life of our appliance. He cleaned the area when he was finished. He was friendly and efficient.
