Tarek, my tech, was excellent!! Dealing with Sears Home Services was a total nightmare!! Service was sch between 8a & 5p but numerous fake notifications. as to arrival time went on all day, 8 hours of emails and texts with bogus arrival times, cust serv links and phone numbers that are out of order or don't connect. Losing AC in a Florida August is bad enough without having to deal with horrible cust service!! But when the tech, Tarek, arrived around 6 he was totally professional, knowledgeable and apologetic. He would have to return in the morning with a part....but as he was leaving SHS SENT A TEXT SAYING IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WEEK! However, Tarek, returned this morning, did repair and AC IS NOW REPAIRED.
