Great Technician, extremely poor service experience
Andrew was great, but we had to wait 2 full days for the service to happen, despite the emails telling us it would happen at the beginning of both days. When I called, I was told there was no way to get in touch with the tech other than leaving a message with dispatch. This was an extremely frustrating experience and as a result, I will never again use Sears Home Services. I don't why you bother update by email, when the updates prove to be totally inaccurate.

Brad was great, but Sears in general was terrible
We had a poor experience and thankfully Brad saved the day. It took a very long time to get our first appointment and then when Brad got here, he figured out what was wrong and they ordered a part I was rescheduled for a new appointment and that appointment got canceled because the part that came in was incorrect so they ordered a new part and it delivered to me in just two days but I wasn't able to get an appointment for over a month On my appointment day, my appointment was canceled over text and it was impossible to talk to a human. I called the number. I tried every option. I talk to the robot on chat and tried every option and there was no possible way to get through to someone in scheduling that was a human. Thankfully, I held onto Brad's number and he was sympathetic and helpful Today he found a place in his schedule where he could work me in and he fixed the dishwasher Overall, the customer service was poor, but thankfully, Brad is a great employee and picked up the slack

No show and problem STILL pending. I have a protection agree
I have been dealing with a problem with my Bochslow dryer, which is under the protection agreement plan since 6/2024. The technicians are scheduled to come up for already determined evaluations I take off from my business, They never show up. Benefits dept continues to schedule appointments. I'm still waiting as of February 2025 to yet have another technician come up to confirm problem this is an ongoing problem. I dread having to call Sears‼️ I will not be renewing my protection agreement in June if this continues to be handled in this manner .

Not a complete job
Repair man found the problem in a few minutes. A mounting screw needed to be installed. He bent the mounting tab back into place, but did not install the screw(s).

No communication
Jeff left without talking to me. I was upstairs getting changed for a work event. I saw him leave on my ring camera. I went to check on my dishwasher and it still did not work. I don't know what his assessment was or if that was the end of the service call. I have no clue what the plan is or if there is even a plan. I'm so confused.
