There was one burner that would not light. My stove is a Viking which is a rare brand in my area. He comtinued to work on it until it would consistently light. He knows his craft!

I appreciate that Huston took the time to explain the issues I was having as well as what options I had. He helped me understand how to better preserve the life of my dishwasher while making it function better at the same time. He totally sold me on the Sears warranty so I'm giving it a try for a year. Hopefully that's something I still feel good about down the road as I am often skeptical of warranties being worth the cost. Otherwise, thanks for the good service today!

He came on time, introduced himself, got right to work. It was a complex issue with my dishwasher. With his great experience he went step by step till he fixed it. Than he cleaned up and stayed for a cycle till he was sure it worked.

Jose worked incredibly hard to figure out the problem with my dishwasher; it was truly amazing to watch him as he took it apart, then reassembled it. Ultimately, he determined the problem is with my electrical outlet, which is not Sears responsibility.
