Excellent service
Tony quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher. He ordered the part and set up a date and time to complete the repair. Repair was completed on the date and time window provided. Excellent repair service!

I feel you were very fair that since you could not fix our dishwasher you gave us a refund for the service call. However we still had to pay for a part that did not fix our dishwasher. Perhaps it would have made sense to send someone out to look at it first.

Found out the parts department sent replacement top rack that didn't fit. Dishwasher is 12 years old & there aren't parts for one that old. Took from April 15th to receive this. Long story short I'm not happy with that department— plus the fact they can barely speak English.
