Stephen was very helpful and made the repair in a timely manner. My concern is for the very large availability window needed. I'm tried to find the link to track my repair man but was unsuccessful. Finding that link was very difficult.

Bennie was excellent. Showed up on time and was able to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with Sears. There were a lot of issues I experienced with the company not showing up for scheduled appointments. It's possible this was a communication issue between them and American Home Shield, but we reported an issue with our dishwasher on 6/30 and we didn't have a resolution until 9/1. The other issue I had is a could never talk to a representative on Sears' side. I could only reschedule an appointment. The only appointments I EVER rescheduled were the ones where I could get an appointment sooner than what was on the books. I did like having this ability. Was super nice.
