A&E has the worse customer service interface which I have ever experienced. The automatic answering system does not allow to speak to a person which might be needed in case of problems. An appointment has to be rescheduled even the part has arrived in time. The system informs the client that a text message will be sent which does not happen. The web site has errors, e.g. does not allow to enter a mobile number. Leaving a complain on their web-page will be ignored. It seems that only the Home Appliance Insurance can talk to a person.
