Our repairman - Archie made the experiance of a malfunctioning dishwasher very easy to forget. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed them in a very timely, very clean and very professional manner. It is great in these times when you get service of such high quality and professionalism.

Job was very respectful of our home. He protected the floor while taking off the oven door, placing it on a blanket. He carefully pulled out the oven onto a dolly and repaired the defective parts. Job is a very personable, respectful person and does a great job. I wish you would care enough to want your automated voice system reviewed. You really need to update that horrible system.

Firstly, I appreciate that Raymond arrived as scheduled. This is in contrast to my past experience where Sears technicians didn't show up at all, resulting in weeks of delay before a new technician could be scheduled. Secondly, Raymond demonstrated a strong understanding of the issues and efficiently addressed them. This was a significant improvement compared to a previous encounter with another technician, whom I'll refer to as "Albert," as he not only failed to resolve all the issues but also introduced new problems that again Raymond managed to solve. Additionally, Raymond's communication skills were excellent, making the service experience more pleasant. In contrast, the previous technician (Albert) lacked effective communication skills, which bordered on being rude. While the customer representatives at Sears are generally polite, the limitations they face in providing effective solutions can be frustrating. Often, the customer service experience involves dealing with automated responses or inadequate solutions, especially when the issue goes beyond simply scheduling an appointment. This makes Sears's customer service one of the worst I have experienced. In summary, Raymond's punctuality, professionalism, and effective communication deserve five stars. I greatly appreciate his service.
