I have dealt with SHS several times now and I'm always amazed at not only the fast repairs but the politeness and professionalism each tech has shown me. Rafael was no nice and accommodating. These techs must realize the important of good customer service. Thank you all you are a great company.

George's service was excellent, but the communications with Sears warranty leaves a lot to be desired. We waited 9 hours yesterday without a call. They said we did not receive the part, but we told them we did. Luckily, George pursued our cause and our dishwasher is fixed. Thank you George.
