Douglas did a wonderful job of addressing the icing issues we were having with our refrigerator. He found that the freezer door had not been properly installed and sealed which let air in. He adjusted the door, cleaned out the ice and provided the quality of service that made us happy.

Service was great today because after at least 5 other technicians coming to my home to service my dishwasher, he finally put an order in to request a replacement. This has been going on since the 2nd week in August and has been quite frustrating with the multiple service calls and parts that were ordered. There were more than 7 service calls scheduled and multiple reschedules because they ran out of hours in the day to get to my home.
