Bernardo was very pleasant and professional. He understood the problem I encountered a week ago .. d/w stopped during a cycle, food particles were all over the contents and it didn't drain, dirty water was pooled at the bottom. He used that information in his inspection. No real problem was seen in the drain system, filter and hoses but he was able to get the d/w to drain and functioning again. So far I am happy with the outcome.
