Warren was the service person that showed up for the repair. It was getting late in the afternoon, and he apologized for being late. He was very polite and spent quite some time diagnosing the problem but was very patient and was able to resolve our issue without having to replace any parts. We really appreciated that he took his time and did a great job.

I was very pleased with Aaron and with the whole process! I think it's great that you automatically update us on our status in the repair queue. We always know where we stand throughout the day and can plan activities around the house accordingly. I liked the New Leaf services, as well! To be honest, this is the first time I have had a truly positive experience with a service contract! I really liked that Aaron was prepared with the part needed so that a return trip (and more waiting--especially right before Thanksgiving--was not necessary.
