Rodney called before he came, and was on time. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He tested the dishwasher, ran cycles, and fixed a potential problem created during the install that may have contributed to the need for repair. He took time to explain what he had done, how to clean the filter and what to look for in the future. 5 stars for Rodney.

Paul was wonderful he did everything he possible could to repair my washer He had the part ordered and instilled,door latch, but in the end the control panel was in need of repair and it wasn't cost effective to have it repaired. He really felt bad because it took 4 weeks to get the part and a second appointment and in the end it couldnt Be repaired.
