When I called for assistance with a cooktop issue I was hoping to get Daniel as the tech. He is professional and very knowledgeable. After his review I felt it was safe to use the cooktop and his remarks were very helpful and put me at ease.

Robert's expertise in researching and contacting the right people to fix my washing machine was outstanding. He did not resolve my problem but was able to determine where the problem was. The part for the repair is in research. No definite answer other than this.

Sears so called warranty

I've had another bad experience with Sears Warranty. I called in May of 2023 and my dishwasher has yet to be repaired. How many times or how long do I need to wait for repair/replacement? I had the same problem with my washer before it was finally replaced. Sears warranty is of no use for consistent service. There's no direct phone number to get the help you need.

We have a Master Protection Agreement (MPA) for our Bosch Washer and Dryer. Sears sent out a technician in early December that had no idea what he was doing and it was determined by another technician that the steaming "Fresh Up" function was not working. Two months later and 10-15 calls from me and we were being offered a replacement dryer or cash offer, but it turns out that parts started showing up 2 months after we were told they were obsolete. Roger came out today and did a great job !! I would avoid Sears for anything Bosch and their Customer Service Ctr does not follow up on anything !! AS much as I hate to say it, but buyer beware of a MPA from Sears.
