Would I use Sears Home Services again????

In a heart beat. The service tech was GREAT. He arrived on time and went straight to work. He was a true professional person. He was extra polite, tidy and kept a clean work. I had call the manufacturer before calling Sears. They told me what the problem was but did not have service techs in my area. I then called Sears and they sent Ronnie out the very same day. He ran a couple test and said that was not the problem but he could fix the problem and he did it in no time. This man was extremely knowledgeable Sears is very lucky to have someone this nice and smart working for them I was 100% satisfied.

The technician did a great job of replacing the bad part and ensured that the dishwasher was running properly - after a month of Sears messing up the parts order, losing the part, automatically rescheduling the appointment twice with two no-shows/no communication, and no way to contact a real person to get things right. I finally had to call the home warranty company and let them know that they were in breach of contract because their subcontractor (Sears) wasn't performing. It's been two weeks since the repair and the Sears system is still calling me 3 or 4 times a day to remind me of a no-show appointment. I will never use Sears in the future.
