Michael did excellent work repairing our GE refrigerator, he communicated well with us ahead of time, showed up promptly, made minimal mess and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. This is why we write five star workmanship!

The Service Man was very knowledgeable. However it not his fault it took 4 weeks to get our dishwasher fixed. Also I'm am very disappointed in all four appliances I got from G E. In 2 years I have had 5 service calls for my fridge, oven and dishwasher. Plus I replaced the knobs on my oven myself. My advice do not get any G E products. If you do buy the warranty. If Thomas Edison was alive today he would be very disappointed in his company đđđđđŖâšī¸

The new ice maker was installed. It does not work and upon rescheduling request for repair our appointment has been extended from Sept 10 October 9 th . Totally unacceptable. Why buy insurance if it is turned over to a company that cannot provide service.
