Mickey was a a great technician. Knowledgeable and courteous. Need someone to comeback and readjust the belt. We are still getting some squeaking when the agitator is running.

Adam was great and helped explain the issue and fixed it. Though all the problems with using Sears with their dumb AI system and a hour and a half of phone calls to talk to someone about why parts are not here after two weeks. I found it to be interesting after I finally talked to someone hocus pocus the part has been ordered. So taking 2 and half months from start to finish I might have to rethink using Sears again not to mention it's still not working right after first load. It shut off after filling on a heavy load and he just left. I'm not sure what I'm going to do now.
