He was correct on which parts that was needed to rectify the dishwasher problem. He was extremely systematic with the dis assembly and assembly of our dishwasher. Jody introduced himself then asked questions about our appliance that narrowed down to the problem. Within minutes he located the broken part and ordered a new one. When the new part arrived he installed the part in short time. No doubt in my mind, he knows his appliances. I was impressed.
