Tony was my technician and he was very kind and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about the appliances and figured out was wrong after just a few minutes and the problem was fixed. He was very easy to talk to and he was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Charles was very professional and knowledgeable. My complaint would be the lack in timeliness in getting a technician scheduled to address the problem. Two weeks! That's uncalled for! The tech was greet. Scheduling not so!
