Stephen was very professional and courteous. I needed some special accommodation due to a medical issue, and he was very understanding about that. He was able to fix the dryer issue and it is working fine now. He also kept me updated throughout the day on his arrival time. Overall a very good experience.

John called me when he was 30 minutes from my house. I asked him to remove his shoes and he happily did so. I'm surprised Sears doesn't provide shoe covers for their employees. They probably should. John promptly got to work fixing an element on my stove and it works perfectly now. Thanks again!
