I'm very pleased overall Since the beginning, I received calls and text messages when there was a cancellation, so they can get my work done earlier than scheduled; and I was so excited to respond on time and get my machine working, which kept me from going out to do my laundry. The technician was always letting me know when he is on his way, and how long it might take. So I'm really grateful. Appreciate it

Arrival time is always set for between 8 am and 5 pm. So, you wait all day for an arrival time that is after 5 pm. Sears, YOU REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER!!
