This was the 3rd visit from a Sears repair person; first one, to assess what we needed and ordered the part; 2nd person, who did not fix the problem and left;; and the 3rd person was Joshua today.....I would give him the best top rating.....he spent quite some time working on the problem,;, dismantling the dishwasher, sliding the appliance out; leaving to secure more parts to do the job....he was thorough, well mannered, dedicated to fixing the problem....he was wonderful....tomorrow, we will find out how well the dishwasher works....in the meantime, though the wooden trim above the dishwasher did get scratched and slightly damaged.... Not sure how the Sears Home Services will repair the trim?

I had a fantastic experience with this service. The technician was punctual, arriving right on time, and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, which was a huge relief. On top of that, they were very helpful, offering clear advice on my options for both immediate and long-term solutions. Arrived within time window. Called on the way. Evaluation of the water filter connection leak and housing connection replacement was done expeditiously. Whereas usually there is a parts order placed for installation another day, I was surprised that there was going to same day replacement. This required that a hotshot replacement was delivered to the waiting onsite contractor. It all timed off well. Although not directly related to the filter problem, I did inquire about another part replacement and was advised the part was no longer available. The refrigerator is 15 years old. About 5 years ago I passed on a quote for this part, so I'd be thinking 10 years is about as far out as OEM parts can be available.
