Brian Has made two visits to repair our Dryer. The first visit he diagnosed what was wrong and identified and ordered the 3 parts required to fix our dryer. The parts ordering and delivery process was extremely quick.Brian returned as soon as the parts were delivered and satisfactorily repaired our dryer. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, how he kept us informed and his respect for our home. Sears should be extremely proud of how well BrianC represents them.Obviously one of your best. I had originally called GE because my washer was damaged under warranty the first gentleman they called affordable appliance repair drop the ball so then they sent Sears factory warranty people and you guys fixed my washer within seven days and Marty was very friendly and professional and explained to me what he was doing he did a fine job From now on, I'll just call you guys direct to fix my appliances. Thank you again.
