Great service for my GE Monogram Refrigerator by Terence
I received exceptional service today on my refrigerator. Terence arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He was personable, answered all my questions about the repair, and gave good advice. I'd request him again when I have another repair.

The company's AI system is a NIGHTMARE! Can't speak with anyone. It randomly schedules an appointment without customer input. I would use someone else if it hadn't been warranty work. John the tech was great.
