Mike was efficient, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and explained our options for repair (cost, service options, warranty, service plan). I really appreciated the fact that he called us and let us know approximately when he would arrive. We have two dogs and a somewhat challenging location, so that was key to having a successful visit.

Mark is fantastic. If you have a problem with your washer, ask for Mark. His knowledge and experience will get you up and running in no time. Not a big fan of the AI app. The refrigeration tech that was sent first didn't troubleshoot enough so I had several trips before Mark arrived and found the problem. He's your guy for washer repair.
