James was prompt, polite, conscientious, and respectful of my home. He took care not to get water everywhere (which was bound to happen given the issue with my refrigerator). James was super efficient and was able to pinpoint the problem right away. I truly appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor.

The service Moises provided was great. The scheduling system is by far the worst thing I've ever used in my entire life. Whichever executive at Sears approved it should be convicted of torture under the Geneva convention. It's seriously that bad. They cancelled my first appointment at 3pm the day the technician was supposed to come and claimed that it was at my request, and then it was absolutely impossible to find or speak to an actual person. The AI system gave me no options and was completely useless. Whoever did this should be arrested.

Brian the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He couldn't fix the issue because of limited time, help and the way this model is designed. It seems this model was designed from the base up and requires to completely disassemble the whole oven and stove top. This model needs better instructions and training for this to be serviced.
