Thomas is the Best!
Thomas is by far the best repairman I have dealt with from Sears Protect and I will always try to request him for repair calls. He is experienced, honest, and reasonable in his approach to finding good solutions to repair problems. Other techs I've dealt with have come up with poor solutions resulting in multiple visits to fix the same issues. They even become argumentative about performing a proper fix. Thomas is a great example of how this repair service should be run and my satisfaction level rises by tenfold when he is on the job!

Jessup diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator quickly, gave me an estimate for repairs and advice on buying a new unit based on his experience. He was also very considerate in giving me an updates on when he would arrive as he was traveling from a job on the other side of the state. I'd rate him an A+!
