Thomas D,
Eight Mile, ALGE WASHER REPAIR
Charles was very professional and informative regarding the severe vibration with our GE profile. He took the time and had the patience to explain the technical aspect of why it could not be anything mechanically wrong, (tub bearings, shocks) It was his opinion that due to the washer being elevated on the GE manufactured pedestal it elevated the center of gravity, which caused the excessive vibration

Krystal M,
Ferndale, MISuperior Technician
Technician was able to come early which allowed flexibility in my person schedule. Henack disassembled the dryer in a few minutes and was able to identify the heating problem. He quickly made the necessary repair. Once the repair was completed, he thoroughly tested the dryer to ensure it was ready for service. This was a very positive experience.
Sherry G,
Longwood, FLGreat tech
Jose was great. However, contacting customer service sucks. AI reps hung up on me 4 times. Never got to talk to a human.

I call GE, Washer (under warranty). GE, then sends notices to Sears Home Services, who send notices A & E. A & E give a 8-5 window, thats right 9 full hour window… Tech notifies by text at 8 1/2 hours they will be there a 9 1/2 hours. Researches strange noise for almost two hours. Then attempts to give a $600+ bill, ah Sir, it is a warranty. Tech becomes frustrated and irritated. Leaves. We start the process all over again. This time the same tech. (9 hours window again) comes and orders the parts that he knew needed to be done (explains A & E system requires tech to be @ the GPS / track of the home in order to order parts). Next 9 hours (thats right #3 27 hours into this) NO ONE SHOWS UP! Here we go again. Samantha the AI needs to be schooled, has a kindergarten education to do a what apparently requires a master degree. Attempts to give the GE Warranty guy still on line a 9 hour window, I refuse… he gets Samantha to give a 3 hour window. Totally different A & E Tech ROB shows up, wants to know what he is there for!!! Seriously, then where the parts. We have left that home and have an assistant WAITING and meeting techs. OH! Their picture matches our Ring camera, parts were delivered to the address, but no one ever said to expect them. Wouldn't that have been helpful. So after an hour to figure all of that out. And opening a package, they find the parts. ROB calls apparently a real person and decides to come back yet again. That is Right now we are at Visit 5. But although it is officially a 9 hour window of waiting yet again, (he will call and give a 30 mins heads up so Asst can meet him there) - ROB installed the parts, Still yet to see if the issue was corrected, will be doing a load when I return. ROB, gets the 5 stars, but the over all process of this repair deserves a -4 star.
