Kenneth sis a wonderful job and was professional. It was frustrating that the wrong part was sent not once but twice. Kenneth got the correct part and came out the next day instead of waiting for it to be sent. I was very appreciative for that, as I was not looking forward having to go back to the laundromat which was costing us more due to the wrong part being sent.
