Chris is without doubt the BEST repairman I've ever encountered. He read the record of previous visits, listened to my tale of woe (other repairmen had missed the mark, leaving us without a refrigerator for 29 days in May and June), examined the appliance thoroughly, ordered two parts, and fixed the problem two days later when the parts arrived. He had expedited delivery of the parts, and made sure that he fixed the refrigerator that same day. He was also polite, pleasant, humorous, and knowledgeable throughout our encounters. He arranged his schedule to help us with a problem that was becoming totally unbearable. I called him the "tech from heaven" because he couldn't have done a better job. On a scale of one to five, I give him a 10! He could teach other employees a thing or two about how to relate to and listen to the customer, and how to take sufficient time to (1) diagnose the problem and then (2) ensure that the problem has really been fixed before disappearing. I hope Sears appreciates what a truly valuable employee this man is.

We had the pleasure of having Sayed R. as our technician to provide a diagnosis for the issues we were having with our GE side by side refrigerator-freezer, on June 16th. He explained the issue to us and determined that we needed a new control board and ice maker. He ordered the parts, and scheduled a follow-up appointment for June 23rd. Today (June 23rd), we were very happy that Sayed was once again our technician! He arrived during the earlier part of the 8:00 am to 5:00 pm window. He installed the control board and ice maker, without incident , and in a timely manner. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Sayed is an asset to your company.
