He quickly assessed what the problem was with my dishwasher and ordered the part. When the part came, he was able to install it quickly and efficiently. The technician was great, the issue is with their horrible AI reporting system. Both the phone and online system are ineffective, inefficient and frustrating. I ordered tune up on other appliances. Dates were set for service then cancelled by them. When I tried to reschedule I was told no appointments were available "is there anything else they can help me with" . This has gone on for days.
