Alex was great! I received numerous texts regarding my appointment that were not accurate. I was inconvenienced several times missing work. As a customer my preference is to speak to a LIVE person when I call with questions. This virtual system that is in place is Horrible. I dread dealing with this system if or when I may need another repair. Please get rid of it.

He was very prompt, efficient, & personable. Would be pleased to recommend him to anyone. A I prior to appt was stressful. A I told me that I owed an additional service charge when the serviceman arrived. Telling A I that this was warranty work & I had paid them my deductible, caused an awkward meeting upon the arrival of the service person. Being able to speak to a person prior to the arrival would have prevented the awkward initial meeting with the repairman.

Johnny was very great and was great with me and the washer but he the word was great!! He knows about things and Johnny told me that there of stuff in the pipeline. You have a great on you Sears working!!! Tell him I really enjoys !!!!
