Dealing with the office was OK, but as good as could be expected. Liked my technician, John, he was knowledgeable, personable. He performed his task professionally and treated my property with care. There was an issue with the first part replaced ,it was faulty, not due to anything he did , John found the issue and took care of it, I'm very satisfied.
