Horrible service
Technician (Allen) claimed he cleared error but error immediately occurred after running washing machine cycle. I would like refund to go towards new washer. Thanks

Luis called before he arrived to let us know he was on the way, arrived promptly, answered questions, and replaced the broken microwave part in a very timely manner. He was polite, respectful, & took care of business in a very professional way. He represented your company well. If we have future repairs, we would like him to be our technician.
