Charles was fantastic. If I could rate him higher than a 5, I would go for 10. He called when he was on his way and let me know when he would arrive at our home. He was courteous, professional, funny and efficient. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the service repairs. I would recommend Charles to anyone.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, but we are very upset with the service that we received in with the warranty this has taking nine attempts with several parts and the refrigerator still not working on top of the inconvenience of having to schedule these appointments we've had to reschedule three different appointments just to have someone come and fix says I was totally uncalled for we are not happy with the GE at this time

Kyle came to my home twice. First time was to diagnose a problem with my washer; which required replacement parts. Kyle ordered the parts and scheduled my follow up appointment for the parts installation. Both times, Kyle was polite, professional, knowledgeable and treated my laundry room as if it were his own. He even offered education on routine maintenance for me to keep my machine running smoothly. He was thorough and efficient. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. He is a true asset to your team! Thank you Kyle!

Dwayne was professional and helpful. However I was told when the appointment was scheduled that I would be texted the night before and the morning of with a shorter appointment window, and never heard from anyone so I waited the entire day, ready at 8 am and he finally arrived around 4:30 pm. Very frustrated by that.
