Chingiz was very good and fast. Found the problem and fixed it in a workman like manner. Kudos to him However, the way Sears deals with customers is abominable. Your system of contacting the customer needs an overhaul. I spent over and hour going from one robot to another without getting the information I was after. I just wanted to know if my technician was coming in the AM or PM. An appointment scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM is totally absurd. Your company knows in advance what number on the technicians call list the customer has been assigned. You have been in business long enough to determine an approximate time the customer is slotted, AM or PM.
