Rescheduled four times!!!
Eric was great. The negative experience was simply waiting for someone to get to our house not only to diagnose the problem but to do the repair. Both were rescheduled multiple times! And the only communication line available was a text delivered from your organization. I felt totally helpless because there was no means to contact anyone on your end. Oh...I almost forgot - the tech would not take the replaced parts (dryer drum) with him. "No place for it in my van." That is pathetic!!!! What am I supposed to do a broken dryer drum that cannot go out in the garbage or recycling?
