OJ was very professional and did not give up until he found the problem with our ice maker. Then he went and picked up the parts and returned the same day to fix it. I recommend Sears and will ask for OJ next time.

I recently had my washer repaired by Sears Home Services. The technician was prompt and experienced. The only problem I had with Sears Home Services was trying to contact them. I needed to speak with a human, but could never get passed the virtual assistant. I realize they are trying to be efficient, but an option for human interaction needs to be available to customers.
