Phillip was great. Very professional fix the problem in a timely manner. However, the scheduling of this repair was a joke. Started out. I had an appointment scheduled for last Friday. Y'all canceled it due to ordering parts which came Thursday. Reschedule me for Monday yesterday in a window from 8 to 3 of which I was here at the house all day received more than eight different text messages each time with a different arrival time then it went past the window of 8 to 3. At around 5:30 to 6 o'clock, I get a notice that that we're gonna have to reschedule me so for the fact that you are not allowed to speak to a human being is ridiculous that AI crap when there's an issue and you have to talk to a computer is ridiculous and for that reason I would think twice before referring or using sears again but again Phillip did a great job was very knowledgeable.

Mr Sayed checked out my concern and answered all my questions. He also advised me to advice me tell my cleaner things not to do to prevent this from happening again. He was very knowledgeable and too care of my concerns.
