Although this technician was terrific at this appointment, my overall experience with Sears Home Services was TERRIBLE. On three different occasions the technician never arrived during the service window and the appointment date had to be changed. The service window from 7 AM to 6 PM is ridiculous. It essentially pulled me out of work for three full days with no technician arriving on those days. This should never happen. If a technician is unable to arrive, then a shorter window should be provided immediately. Also, a human should be available to talk to in such extreme circumstances when Sears Home Services fails to provide the service that they are paid to do.

The repairman fixed the dishwasher in less than twenty minutes and reported it is now working fine and now leaking water. If we have anymore problems his work is guaranteed for 90 days to call back. He was very nice and helpful.
