Our five year old GE refrigerator stopped cooling both the fridge and freezer compartments. I ran a diagnostic check to see if there were any error code(s) and it returned 00 10…indicating the freezer thermistor was out of range. This corresponding with the fact no ice was being made. I purchased and replaced both the freezer evaporator fan and thermistor, which got rid of the error message but still no ice. Instead a new error code…00 03 appeared. In searching for the definition of that error indicated it was an issue with the water value inlet. However, the water dispenser was working so not sure what this error code really means. Scheduled Sears home service and technician, Terrence came out first thing the next day. It was a capacitor and relay over switch that was bad. It was replaced and now working. Theses parts he explained are used to start the compressor. Highly recommend Terrence.

We had exceptional service from Robert for the repair of our GE dishwasher. It was under warranty but had a few issues impeding its proper functioning. He expertly identified them and when the parts arrived, Robert installed them, ran diagnostics and left the work area spotless. The dishwasher is running perfectly. Thank you Robert!
