Alex S,
Defiance, OHHaroon was excellent. Why don't you ask to rate the company
Haroon, and every other technician I've dealt with to solve this refrigerator problem, was excellent and very efficient. Your technicians are the only saving aspect of your company. I have been in management and customer service for 30 years. I'm not sure I have ever dealt with a company that had such little respect for it's clients. And, perhaps, a lack of respect for your employees. Your scheduling process is horrendous. Your mandatory use of an AI "Receptionist" for complicated calls (like when my appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance was cancelled not by me and your "receptionist" was unable to find either of my two phone numbers). And the refusal of a human, particularly a manager, to get involved to solve these complicated problems or listen to problems with your process. Then, the offensive nature of your 7 am- 6 pm "service window." This problem took three visits. Fortunately, I work from home and I could be available for three separate visits. How cooperative would you be to your employee if he/she told you they needed three days off from work to get something fixed in the house because the repair company requires a full day service window? I'm pretty sure I know the answer.
