Knowledgeable, highly skilled, excellent communication
Rodney diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator and explained it very clearly. He gave clear instructions for defrosting the appliance manually, including the timing, so that it could be used temporarily and a final defrost prior to the scheduled repair date. It is professionals like Rodney that give us confidence in Sears Home Services.

Peter did a fine job. I had explained to a phone representative the model details and what specifically was wrong with the unit. That information was never given to Peter

Chris was great! However your scheduling system is not! Why can't you let customers know if they will have an AM or PM appointment instead of just 8am-5pm? Your system indicated that my tech would be here in the AM but never updated it to let me know it would be late afternoon!

Elma, WAGreat tech..unhappy about deductible
I was very happy with the technician..however quite unhappy that I was charged a full deductible of $ 53.00 for being in my home only 5 minutes. I feel this could have been troubleshooted via telephone. When turning on the washer light was totally unaware there was a lock on the washer. I have never heard of a lock on a washer and I'm 64 years of age.
